Decentralized to a fault - duplication of work across the business, challenging to build connections for growth - large org not a lot of opportunities to work network outside of divisions or segments. Way too many culture, values and leadership models, leaders are considered working managers so less focus on strategic priorities and more on day to day tactical Company wants everyone in office but most divisions try to offer flexibility
