      Benefits are good People are very nice Stable company, been around a long time

      Cons

      Old school and uptight. Company is very rigid and stuck in the past.. pay is okay. Favoritism is rampant like any other company. Get your start here then leave, no point in staying unless you are getting steady promotions. You are either in the club or out.

      very decentralized, provides depth & breadth in pursuing efficiency & autonomy in different countries

      too decentralized sometimes, which does not help the business to reap the benefits of economies of scale.
