      -Great line of leadership above and below me -Company actively works with feedback provided -Impressive business management in profitability in product and purchasing of other companies -Industry job security -Competitive salary -Amazing health benefits -Leadership is very involved in ensuring the integrity of product & company -Hybrid work schedule

      -The company does not get the best reputation after the acquisition of other companies and layoffs there. Often due to excessive hiring by the previous management.

      Pros

      Fast growing company. My team's responsibilities have changed a good bit over the last couple of years, all in the name of helping us become more efficient as we grow. We now have a team dedicated to new customer onboarding, separated out Integration Support into a new team and have gotten the opportunity to work with some of the acquired companies. There are several folks that have moved up and on to different roles and teams too.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I think the company really tries to make work enjoyable, provide growth opportunities and has management that cares.
