      Pros

      IXL has a really nice working environment and great company culture. Everyone you are working with share the same objective and are passionate about the work they do. Most importantly, people here value team work and how individual employees from different teams can work together to create better user and customer experience.

      Cons

      You won't experience much of this "company culture" working as a part-time though. Most of the benefits, perks, and events are reserved for full time employees only.

      -A lot of independent work, though there are some opportunities for collaboration -The teams sometimes go for what's safe instead of what's most creative or innovative
