      Not knowing the market or who they have in the workplace is their biggest downfall

      Pros

      great colleagues, collaborative group and people who are loyal to both the company and the customer; it's a great product

      Cons

      company is out of touch with what the market actually needs and wants; marketing has no education background and makes decisions without taking into consideration of the knowledge of many educators around them; curriculum team doesn't truly know who they are serving- out of touch with what teachers do in the classroom; upper management wants loyalty from everyone but gives none of that loyalty back to customers; salary is quite low in comparison to what they ask of you and is very low in comparison to the market

      Management flip flopped on major issues multiple times within short timeframes The company is run by engineers; no clue what the K-12 market really needs and wants Regardless of job performance; you will be eliminated without a thought CEO and second only communicate with their favorite teams; they have no idea how many good people they have lost
