- Moreso a neutral point, but sick days are use them or lose them.
- The elephant in the room: the hybrid schedule is nice and all, but multiple jobs here are ones that could easily be done from home all five days of the week. The only reason people are forced to come in is because they paid for this office building, and dang it, they’re going to get their money’s worth.
- If your team is competent, be prepared to pick up the slack for other ones. One of our teams was a sinking ship and people were voluntold to help out. Be weary of possible changes to your core workflow as well. You might wake up and find out they’re introducing a new system or program over the summer, with little to no testing, and just kinda have to roll with it.
- I’ve heard pay is very low compared to what other companies in the e-learning/accounting area can make in similar roles. Where is this not true, by this point?
