      Pros

      Steady employment is good, but I'd suggest working elsewhere. The company where I was employed was acquired by IXL and has struggled ever since.

      - Bare minimum benefits - Required in-person even though employees have proven to be as, if not more, productive WFH, along with required hours for non-hourly employees - Very top-down organization, no agency for individuals

      I can’t think of any

      Cons

      Awful management with no experience in the role they manage. No support for new employees. Asking questions is frowned upon. Huge push to return to office, even for jobs that require virtual meetings with clients. This company is a sinking ship.
