Pros

- The people that I work with are some of the best. Everyone is chill, laid back, and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Company socials are held every month, and they’re almost always a success. - The only busy and hectic time of the year is during back to school season. Otherwise, the office can be pretty quiet for a majority of the year. - Good benefits, especially for health and dental. - Hybrid work schedule, so you don’t have to come in all five days of the week. This will come up again in a negative point.

Cons

- Moreso a neutral point, but sick days are use them or lose them. - The elephant in the room: the hybrid schedule is nice and all, but multiple jobs here are ones that could easily be done from home all five days of the week. The only reason people are forced to come in is because they paid for this office building, and dang it, they’re going to get their money’s worth. - If your team is competent, be prepared to pick up the slack for other ones. One of our teams was a sinking ship and people were voluntold to help out. Be weary of possible changes to your core workflow as well. You might wake up and find out they’re introducing a new system or program over the summer, with little to no testing, and just kinda have to roll with it. - I’ve heard pay is very low compared to what other companies in the e-learning/accounting area can make in similar roles. Where is this not true, by this point?

Pros

- They'll pay you a salary and benefits to work there.

Cons

- Keep your head down and do what is expected of you. Opposing opinions, honesty, or push back increase your odds of getting fired. - Opportunity for growth is limited. - Top down oversight with limited autonomy

Salary Headquarter meetings The people Product is good Technologies to use like Salesforce and Slack

Cons

Better management needed. Too many meetings that are a waste of time. Use own car for travel. Reimbursed with mileage. Lots of turnover - revolving door. Compensation plan has flaws.
