Pros

The product (CLASS) was a great tool when it was first developed, however, the pre-school/childcare sector is more complex now more than ever and the tool needs to evolve to a less subjective way of evaluating childcare providers.

Cons

All individuals at the management level do not have real sales experience and are incapable of forming strategic and tactical sales plans.

Great place with pressure to perform

Pros

The office is beautiful and has lots of nooks to sneak off into. Employees are expected to work together and figure things out. Monthly socials, outings, and other fun events help keep the place social. Despite the pressure, the management structure is great and pretty competent. There are a lot of great things happening and we get lots of cool projects.

Cons

There's a lot of pressure to get work done. While we're all theoretically trying to make a great product with our great ideas, managers ideas are MUCH more important. It feels like we're doing a lot of work just to hone in on what the higher ups envision.
