I have worked at IXL learning for over ten years. During this time, I have seen our products and our company grow and develop ... and it's been very exciting! Our products are meaningful and reach educators and students around the world. We build great relationships with our customers, and our employees are friendly and passionate about education and technology. It is wonderful to be surrounded by talented individuals with new ideas and perspectives on our products, our customers, and our company culture. I enjoy growing a team of bright and dedicated people, and now working with them as they move into leadership roles themselves. These are some of my favorite things about working at IXL ... I honestly could not imagine working anywhere else!
Cons
Of course as we grow there are challenges that we face internally and externally. We do our best to face them one by one and we'll overcome them as we have overcome many other challenges in the past.
