Pros

If you like change, this is the place for you.

Cons

Antiquated company where employees must work in-office. CEO & COO do not trust anyone with making decisions. The company infrastructure is failing as evident by the high turnover. No focus on DE&I. They care about the almighty dollar and not their employees.

Pros

Lots of growth at the company. Good job security on my team.

Cons

Little room for creativity. Lots of micromanagement and top down perspective. Little room for promotion or Howard mobility at the company.

Pros

IXL's Learning program is strong and competitive. The program itself is the best thing at the company. You can at least be competitive against other Ed Tech learning programs and many times its math program is one of the top.

Cons

Very traditional sales culture. Truly a place where you are a number and your bottom line is all that matters. In Texas, everything must get approval from your RVP. They track emails, calls, and miles claimed. Throughout the company there is high turnover rate. People with 2-3 years there are considered veterans.
