I have worked at IXL Learning for a number of years and continue to be very happy here. I have had many opportunities to grow, meet new challenges and develop new skills. I have always felt cared about: management works with each employee to make sure they are happy and working on things that interest them. There is flexibility within the engineering team for different working styles and interests and people can find their niche. Everyone at the company is smart, motivated to create the best products possible, and a pleasure to work with. Within a fast-paced development team we hold high standards for the quality of our products and everyone works hard to ensure we meet those standards.

Great co-workers. They are fun people and amazingly talented. Excellent opportunities for advancement. Many of the leads on the product management and engineering teams were hired into entry-level roles and have grown with the company. Projects are interesting, and the products are great. We are literally teaching millions of students around the world every day. There are many formal and informal learning opportunities, and there are always new challenges to tackle. I have gained many new skills while working at IXL. Fun! There are birthday parties, softball and basketball teams, and frequent social events. The development team will be moving to an awesome new space soon, and the existing space will also be remodeled. And the company holiday party always has amazing food.
