      Base pay was too low Management didn't really want you using more than 15 days of PTO, making unlimited very limited Growth opportunities rare Diversity was a work in progress

      Casual dress, good supervisor who values your opinions/feelings, friendly co-workers, GREAT health insurance coverage/health benefits, good PTO, convenient location, good technology.

      Cons

      Customers can be stressful to deal with, some favoritism, little room to grow, pay raises are not fairly distributed.
