IXL Learning reviews

I would highly recommend listening to the previous reviews mentioned about IXL. I, unfortunately, read the reviews and chose to not listen to them. I'm very disappointed with IXL and how they conduct business. They try to come off as a welcoming environment, but I noticed a lot of red flags that showed a controlling nature within the company. HR expects to give approval on a lot more items than necessary. They mentioned a great work / life balance, but will expect to know what you do on your free time. It also doesn't seem like any departments talks amongst each other and there is quite a bit of disconnect.

Well, if you pretend there isn't a pandemic, you'll eventually get sick and that's exactly what happened when sales managers flew to HQ from all around the country and sat in close quarters in conference rooms without wearing masks. Seven out of 11 of them returned home and tested positive for Covid, endangering others as they traveled across country.
