Yes, we do continue to grow and with our growth, there is opportunity for our employees. We recently started posting all openings on our internal slack channels so employees are aware and just this week I hosted a career development workshop for some of our engineering managers in order to better facilitate career conversations. There were some great examples in the room from our engineers who took advantage of opportunities, asked for more and have grown their careers at IXL.

Pros

Nothing! No pros at this poing!

Cons

1. Senior management is either being - approached with a high comp offer to voluntarily "resign" or - demoted to do IC work 2. Working remotely is being taking off the table 3. The executive team is a team of robots! No empathy, no feelings.

Like all organizations, we review the way we work and make changes to ensure we are developing the best products for our customers. For example, the recent realignment of our product, design, QA and engineering teams, which incidentally, did not include any demotions or layoffs. From your feedback, it's understood that change takes adjustment and some changes do not work for all people. As for working remotely, as the head of HR I can assure you we have many employees who work remotely across the organization. You may be referring to our working from home policy, where we did introduce guidelines to establish norms for positions that are assigned to an IXL office. This is another change that I recognize may not work for everyone, but it is designed to promote consistency and equitable treatment across the organization.
