Pros

There is a tremendous wealth of smart, talented, experienced, hard-working people at this company. I was always amazed to meet someone new and very competent in another department. Also, the company has had access to cheap capital and an interest in building, building, building! The activity level has been invigorating.

Cons

With international management in Spain, some high-level decisions do not prioritize the U.S. business, and explanations are short or non-existent.
