      Benefits (health and retirement) are great.

      Cons

      HR has more say in hiring and compensation than they should. No clear direction or communication from the parent organization in Spain whom no idea how the U.S. operates.

      Great pay and benefits, but get the bottom feedings once corporate is done.

      Cons

      Not much room to progress unless you work at corporate. Nothing for the people who make the company money by keeping things running.
