      Great benefits package with generous paid time off, 401K match, excellent health insurance and bonus. Wages were good.

      Technicians at small sites are on call most of the time.

      Iberdrola in general is great, some subsidiaries not that much

      Good vacations, great insurance, goo salary and work/life balance. Compelling company mission.

      Cons

      This subsidiary does not have enough infrastructure in the US. IT and HR services to employees are poor quality. No career opportunities within this company. Better go to other subsidiaries.
