Management has done a great job establishing a fun and challenging culture at Idea Financial. The Sales Department in particular is extemely collaborative and the Director of Revenue works with each Account Manager and sales support staff to find ways to enhance the culture of the department and make sure everyone has a path to succeed. The C-levels of the company all have open door policies and generally want to hear from all levels of the organization about how we can improve the company.
