They are a buy and gut shop... they buy up software companies... eliminate 80% of work force and expenses... off-shore all R&D work on a fixed cost model and ride out out the revenue stream as long as they can... eventually the off-shore fixed cost model will drastically affect the quality of the product they are working on... by exec team isn't interesting in preserving quality... its strictly a numbers game... cut expenses as low as possible as fast as possible... and ride out the high margins for as long as they can until they can eventually just end-of-life the product...
Great for investment purposes... sucks if you are a developer that takes pride in the products you build
