Pros
Good for freshers only. Even freshers shouldn't work in this org for more than 1 year.
Cons
1. Pathetic Work Environment and culture 2. Salary doesn't credit on time. 3. Very bad leave policy 4. Lots of Micro Management/ you'll feel like a pressure cooker 5. HR lies about policies 6. WFH for managers only(before joining they tell you about wfh facility) 7. Single toilet(even not cleaned well) on each floor(4 storied building). 8. Forget about the appraisal(3/5 % average) 9. Even they harass you for PF transfer/withdrawals etc 10. Managers call employees on weekends(it's normal there) 11. Support staff(including HRs) are highly unprofessional
