      I have been associated with Idexcel for more than 5 Years and was promoted 4 times. They have an excellent Annual review model, The best salary packages are given according to the industry standards. I recommend Idexcel as an employee oriented company.

      Work life balance, the culture is so good and the compensation after a year or so is so good that you can’t leave the company.

      Very professional Top Management, Helpful HR team...very positive and challenging work culture...there are number of employees working from long time..very good work environment for professional growth.

      Short term onsite opportunities....company infrastructure should improve...Fun Activities should be there...

      Completely Unprofessional, or say they don't even know what that term means. Senior resources are tried and given higher designation but the truth is "there is no such thing called a designation". Piece of advise for everyone and especially for those who are optimistic "Never join this so called a company" they are just filled with fake promises. If you see any positive reviews I believe no one can ever do that in their right mind. And how can I forget the big thing, getting paid is like playing dice.. so what is your lucky number.
