Work culture, policies, hierarchy, innovative, employee friendly, middle management, growth plan, incentive model, sales approach..

Cons

Very aggressive targets and goals. Sometimes it will be very difficult to achieve but targets won't be revised based on market comparison..training are not great at Idexcel
