      Overall the company is descent. You have a lot of freedom to move your career in the direction you want it go.

      Your left with no direction. Not the best communication. No direct career path. Mediocre Health Benefits. Not a lot of opportunity

      Pros

      Before joining Idexcel I had some expectations on how a company does consulting work. Within a few days after joining the company I understood the full potential of how things go in this company. It's way beyond my expectations. They have got some decent clients and they fill a wide variety of positions from their clients with quality candidates. The way they treat and interact with their employees and the benefits they provide is something that makes you stick with them for a longer term.
