One Tamil director ll Target non-South people in all the floor.That old man comes directly to junior engineers to do arguments and do shaming in the name of work.Why company kept the middle mans as team lead, managers no body knows,where director himself try to do all this things.He roam there like a cheap civil contractor and treat you like a daily wage labour.If any one try to go home at 6 he ll see his watch multiple time in front of you.And he ll stand near floor exit.If you are a South Indian then only you join this company.Those south guys who can't crack a interview outside ll get all the weekly monthly yearly awards repeatedly.There is a cycle which they give all there favourite South indian fellows the awards and this cycle repeats.Zero benifits,perks to employees.Forced Weekend work
