Cons

Sitting arrangements are congested Lots of pressure . There was no trip or outing. Management is least bothered. No fesival celebrations ands lots of dicriminations in hiring process Salary not credited timely. No Appreciation .Awards are give to employees close to managers

Clients are good, If you can work hard you can get the best results.

Cons

work life balance, Management say they have health benefits but waste of having health card. They cant even explain how it works. When managers don''t have proper experience how can you expect them to train recruiters. Funny!
