      Competitive culture. Good team members and Leads/Managers. Lots of work and projects. Elite list of clients. Good salary package, incentives and other benefits. Health Insurance for entire family. No weekend work policy.

      Cons

      Location need to be change. Infrastructure improvement is important to attract more top resources.
