When you get a offer from Idexcel, think about in which team you will be joining to, if that is a Data Science team - NEVER EVER THINK OF JOINING THIS COMPANY. • No Actual Data science projects. • No Recognition for your efforts. • No best practices followed. • Every task is a piece of cake for manager(Doesn't even know any technical things). You will be asked to finish tasks in 1 or 2 days irrespective of how complex is the given task. • You will be put into lot of pressure to finish tasks ASAP as similar as you're getting cooked in Micro oven. • In interviews, you will be promised like "You will do lot things in ML, DL blah blah". That exactly is trap for you to get attracted to join into Data science team. • Irrespective of any job location (Herndon, California, Bengaluru) don't consider this company when it comes to Data Science team. If at all, you get to join other teams of Idexcel apart from Data science team. You can think about considering this company but my suggestion is try to avoid joining this company as much as possible. BTW, HR management is pathetic here • No proper policies. HR management itself doesn't even know policies that are in Idexcel. • There is huge delay to settle your f&f. • They keep spying on employees conversations in Microsoft Teams which is very disgusting. • No benefits at all. Also, if you're a woman, if they get to know that you are about to utilize your maternity leaves. They will terminate you with 30 days of notice period with some random reasons. There are many issues like this. One review is not enough to list down all the issues in Idexcel.
