      Job Security, Gives a lot of opportunities, Management is ready to listen, Incentive structure for contract roles.

      Cons

      Management is ready to listen but not very keen in implementing. Appraisal do not come in time. No Employee Satisfaction.

      If you are someone who wants to _not_ be a part of the herd, this isn't the right place for you. 1. Poor management 2. No diversity 3. Not treating employees equally 4. Pay not on par with similar companies 5. Having to attend meetings at night because of the team in the US
