Salary never paid on time. HR send mail all the time saying it will come in few days or next week please adjust. But salary not come on time. Company has no cleints. Very risky. I now have problem paying EMI on time. Defaulted three times already.

1. Director will involve in everyone's roles, he will work like a tester, developer, lead, and manager due to this employees are feeling stress and overloaded due to his high expectations. 2. No promotions, in worst case only you will get dry promotion. 3. Those who work more they will get more work and pressure from leads. 4. They Won't pay industry standard CTC to seniors but they will expect A to Z skills. they will allways try replace 5-6 experience senior with freshers. 5. Hike cycle is two worst, you get hike in October salary that to with varaible hike.
