      Pros

      I have been working in this company for more than 3 years. The working environment is very good. The projects are challenging. Encourage to learn and do things independently. Each employee senior/junior views are always considered for the projects by senior management. As an individual the company provides lot of opportunities to grow.

      I have been associated with Idexcel for more than 5 Years and was promoted 4 times. They have an excellent Annual review model, The best salary packages are given according to the industry standards. I recommend Idexcel as an employee oriented company.

      Work life balance, the culture is so good and the compensation after a year or so is so good that you can’t leave the company.
