Pros
Idexcel has got excellent clientele. Onsite team is really good. Any individual who performance well has very good chance to grow. I have never seen any company keeping the employees for a long time though he/she under perform. Idexcel would be a great company for someone who is ready to learn put efforts.
Cons
There are few half knowledge people in operations. very bad leave policy, In fact not employee friendly. Salary deduction if extra breaks are taken
