Flexibility: In few LOB's the work flexibility is incredible, keeping in mind the deadlines and expectations.

      You need to be self-motivated to become successful here. Nobody is there to spoon feed you.

      "Software Engineer"

      Pros

      No beating around the Bush. You do well, you're recognized and compensated well. You cannot portray something that you didn't do. Great environment and good place to learn Technologies. Amazing freedom to work on your projects.

      Cons

      Management are nice but not very experienced.

      Pros

      It was nice experience working with Idexcel. Small but robust company. Financially stable growth oriented. Lot of talented people around. You will get lots of new technology to work/learn and employee friendly. Timings are flexible. Didn't noticed any overtime/long hours working.

      Cons

      Need more ambitious long term outlook for projects.
