Work Environment is good. No unnecessary pressure / Stress to the employees. Good employee benefits. Competitive technological implementation.

Cons

Interview process was very stereotype. Management should be interacting with the front end team too.

Job Security, Gives a lot of opportunities, Management is ready to listen, Incentive structure for contract roles.

Cons

Management is ready to listen but not very keen in implementing. Appraisal do not come in time. No Employee Satisfaction.
