      they will not give respect to employees.and company politics is very high

      Pros are certainly there. But this anonymous employee is bitter about it. Cons are also there. But Idexcel is ready for positive changes.

      Pros

      Very strong Management helping the employees with well being initiatives by providing the opportunity to enroll in seminars / workshops. Lot of initiatives offered to have work and life balance.

      Cons

      Very stringent on Biometrics. If you are late by a minute also its considered as a late log-in. However the good part is they give us 2 exceptions.
