      Pros

      Great company to work for! Ignite is partially owned by employees, which makes it a unique place to work. I know my dedication has a direct impact on the companies' performance.

      Cons

      No more than you'd find with any company. At least Ignite provides opportunities for employees to express feedback and they try to take it into account when making decisions.

      Pros

      This is a great company and a great starting point for anyone wanting a career in the I.T. Field. They are very understanding of things and the pay is decent for a foot in. Also there are advancement opportunities there.

      Cons

      The staring position that I am in is only part time with no benefits which honestly isn’t that big of a problem honestly my biggest complaint is the amount of time we have off.
