      The ability to use flex time to ensure a great balance between work and family. Friendly corporate staff and employees. Benefits, incentives, and advancements. Great transition in leadership and site coordinators. Kristina and Amber are what make this company worth working for.

      Great company to work for! Ignite is partially owned by employees, which makes it a unique place to work. I know my dedication has a direct impact on the companies' performance.

      Cons

      No more than you'd find with any company. At least Ignite provides opportunities for employees to express feedback and they try to take it into account when making decisions.
