Pays well. Prestigious employer. Good cafe.

Cons

No support of field employees by corporate staff. They are too concerned with their own advancement in San Diego. Very distrusting of field employees, which is odd since they are the face of the company to the customer.

You will work with energetic, friendly and very, very smart people. You will market products that are advancing scientific research in amazing ways. You will be empowered and supported should you wish to learn more about your trade.

Cons

Very hectic work atmosphere where working long hours are necessary, with not a lot of down time in between projects. Not a lot of opportunity for upward mobility.
