Pros

Positive and exciting atmosphere across the organisation There is a very strong collaborative approach taken here all the way up to the E-Staff. Everyone makes themselves available to give support when required The product itself is cutting edge and built / supported by people of exceptional skill and quality. It is a very exciting time to be in this company that continues to grow rapidly

Cons

Some roles have fluidity and a clearer division of responsibilities could be ironed out for everyone to know their lot in life

The culture here is truly fantastic. Collaboration is at the heart of everything, and people are genuinely encouraged—and celebrated—for working together. There’s a strong sense of team spirit and mutual support across all levels. Leadership is refreshingly transparent, regularly sharing their vision and how they plan to drive the company forward. It’s clear they’re committed to long-term success, and they bring employees along for the journey. The business feels like it’s in a real sweet spot right now—stable, growing, and full of opportunity. It’s an exciting time to be part of it.
