      Pros

      There are a lot of long term employees. The ownership really does care about it's employees. Decent pay and benefits, Great location

      Cons

      Ownership allow some senior management to abuse, intimidate and be-little employees. In the past 2 yrs several key employees have decided to leave and the owners are clueless or don't really care.

      Free Coffee & Tea, Reasonable benefits

      Cons

      Very high stress, horrible management, In-consistence workmanship from other plants, and ending giving problems to the next division. All the machines are either in-house made junk which barely works or so old that they keep breaking down all the time
