Pros

great relationship with reporting manager and coworker, great compensation and employee benefits, fun company-wide events, management is accommodating based off life circumstances, emphasis on diversity and inclusion

Cons

limited internal opportunities for career growth… the culture is strong and encourages horizontal career development but is lacking in vertical development opportunities

Pros

My work and team are supported with state-of-the-art equipment, professional support, and ongoing opportunities to expand my skill set. Everyone I work with is excited about the company’s mission and passionate about the work they do. The company culture is infused with a strong sense of integrity and a fierce commitment to collaboration that promotes a level of excellence and goal achievement I’ve never before experienced in a work environment. Happily, we are a team of doers and can-doers.

Cons

While the company seems large, there does tend to be a compartmentalization of activities as would happen at a much smaller company that makes it difficult to work independently. This is only really a con when there are gaps in communication or misunderstandings. However, efforts are being made to improve this.
