Pros
If you are starting out of college or don't have much experience this is the company for you. You have the ability to learn as you go in some departments.
Cons
Because of all the time involved interacting with customers you may feel like a support person rather than a developer. This varies slightly between departments. Employee is very often required to be an “expert” on everything rather than being an honest expert on the one or few things they are passionate about. No option to work from home as clients take priority over personal life. This is a salary position so any extra hours you spend to finish a project will not be compensated.
