Top leadership can't make decisions or trust their employees to be a part of solutions. No employee empowerment or accountability. Culture is one that's punitive, backstabbing, political and immature. Beware, don't bring an idea forward because you will be called out by the CEO and yelled at for it being a bad idea. He belittles people in public and in front of everyone.
