Pros

Great people on the team who are passionate about doing the best for students

Cons

Lousy onboarding and training - very much a "do it yourself" kind of situation. Difficult for someone coming from outside the company who doesn't know their products or protocols. Lots of "assuming"

Pros

Loved my job! Loved working for IL. I felt supported and appreciated. I was looking into staying for the long haul but, that didn't pan out. The supervisor's I had were all great. The schedule flexibility is great!

Cons

Upper management could use some people skills. There's no job security. The company is constantly firing and hiring staff in large groups. Benefits were alright, could be better.
