      Pros

      I can set my own schedule for the most part. I am not bothered by my supervisor, however, I do my job well and meet all weekly requirements. Some health benefit plans are available at zero out of pocket.

      Cons

      I carried well over the cap of 50 students for the majority of the time I have worked here. Most of time, anything I bring to my supervisor is just turned back on me to contact mentors and school districts and deal with it myself. Not sure what all those layers of "supervisors" actually do.
