Pros

-Fantastic colleagues and middle managers. -As Twig Science, I really felt that I was doing something worthwhile, with an excellent product for students and teachers. -They were very flexible around my childcare commitments. -Option for fully remote and hybrid working. -Reasonable pay by industry standards (although publishing is not renowned for the paycheques!).

Cons

-Twig Education has recently been bought out, and have made some pretty heavy-handed restructuring moves. The overall positive mission and values-driven feel of the company prior to the acquisition is rapidly dwindling.

Pros

I love being an Imagine Learning/Edgenuity virtual teacher. You don't only teach but also learn. The company provides professional development trainings which you can also use in your other job. The more enrollees you have the higher the number of hours that you can put every week. There's a sense of belonging in this company.

Cons

The pay should be higher.
