I was part time, so I could choose my own hours Even though it is online, they try to build a team so you don't feel isolated at your job

The pay was very low, with less than 3% raise per year.

- Remote work - good work/life balance

Cons

- lack of career growth - no stock options or any equity - bought by parent company with tons of bureaucracy - Innovation is limited If you are offered a management position with more responsibility, it most likely won't come with any pay increases. Just put your head down and crank out code.
