      Pros

      The healthiest work environment I have ever experienced. There are high expectations and you will work long weeks part of the year. It is not competitive in the sense they are constantly comparing you to what others are doing. You are encouraged to compete with yourself and continuously grow your skills and knowledge. The resources are the most comprehensive I've ever seen and there is an internal department to ensure you have everything needed to be successful. Oh, did I mention, EVERYONE is on the same team? So far every team member I work with is kind, helpful, and respectful. I LOVE my JOB!

      The CRM is a bit slow and can be frustrating to use There are a lot of products to learn (actually a good thing)

      100% remote. Paid week off between Christmas and New Year. Incredibly supportive and talented team working on my product. Amazing manager.

      Cons

      I don't know a lot of people since the company is large, so if that matters to you, then you have to work at that. Change is constant. Processes are always evolving.
