      Pros

      Great products and hard working individual contributors

      Cons

      -lack of senior leadership alignment. Sales, Marketing, operations and CEO are all interested in building their own empires instead of building a functional team. -lack of clarity on vision creates a paralyzing environment in which we aren’t able to execute- because there is no vision. -lack of senior leadership knowledge or care toward diversity, equity and inclusion. The only exec who cared was pushed out due to whistleblowing. Red flag! - lack of product leadership or any product expertise.

      Great place to be if you plan to stick with it through the current bumps in the road.

      Pros

      Fair salary, decent benefits, and family comes first. The products are great tools that make an impact on many students. Wealth of support from anyone you reach out to. Teamwork is expected and appreciated.

      Cons

      The company tried to change too much too soon and it caused a rocky back to school. I feel confident things have stabilized and we are in a much better place, and it will continue to improve.
