Pros

Flexible hybrid/remote working. Great fellow staff members across the US, UK, and Ireland. Some very talented people working on cool stuff.

Cons

Leadership is a complete joke, running the company into the ground. Killing products, terminating large amounts of staff every year and trying to replace valuable employees (with an abundance of institutional knowledge) with low-cost solutions. No sense of security for remaining staff as your position could be terminated at any point. Acquisitions without proper integration into the overall org is still an issue.
